My new personality transformation

I have decided to change my personality and see what happens. I live in a small town in Texas where many people are friendly. So I have been making an effort to talk to people I just met as if I already know them. I went to a buffet in a neighboring town. Some guy told me he had his hair cut today and introduced himself as Greg. I thought he might be retarded and simply played along. I patted his back and told him it was nice to meet him. It was his mother who cut his hair and we sat near each other while we ate. His mother thought I already knew Greg so I thought this must be working. I chatted with his mother once she realized I was harmless. I want to keep doing this and sharing the results on Similar Worlds.

I tried this again at the Dollar Tree. A guy dressed like spider man asked me what I was reading. I showed him the book and asked for his name. We did the new fist bump after I exchanged names with Logan and I told him he looked like spider man. I said good-bye as Logan and his mother left the store. You can find all kinds of friendly people in a small town.

@Lukeman I ran into Logan and his mother again today at Dollar Tree and Logan was surprised I knew his name. I reminded them of our previous conversation and see it's now been more than a year, but I recalled our conversation in such detail. I told Logan it was nice to see him again as we were leaving the store. Since I now work there, I won't be surprised to see them again at Dollar Tree.
