@SW-User I can take them but it's hard for me to accept that I am dependent on them. I quit because I felt as if my body didn't want it anymore. All of the sudden, I started forgetting to take it and found it annoying. I thought they were a cause of my weird food allergy symptoms and weakened immune system so I am trying to find out if it's true. Also, they are ridiculously expensive. 馃槧 I'd like to find some better way to achieve hormonal balance, if that's possible...
