I Hate My Body

@YukikoAmagi Birth control pills. When I was on them, my hormones were balanced. When I don't take them I have various problems. 😑

@YukikoAmagi No, I'm not married. I started taking them because of horrible problems with my periods. I had anemia and couldn't function normally. Later I've learned that it could have been caused by low thyroid hormones so now when I'm on thyroid pills, I quit to see if it was related or not. I'm starting to be worried that it wasn't. ☹️ If those other problems return I will start taking them again.

My doctor recommended it to me. And my endocrinologist said it shouldn't be related to thyroid. :/ But I read many similar experiences of other women on the internet. They started having those problems and shortly after found out they had a thyroid problem.
They say it takes 3 months to get hormones balanced when a woman quits BCP so I'll wait and see what will happen.
