why do my eyes continue to ache using an LCD monitor [I Love My Computer]
i have been to various opticians in recent times and had my eyes tested, and i was told my eyes are healthy, i bought some anti glare glasses on prescription for computer use....yet still after this and when i wear the glasses, my eyes still hurt and ache?
i am on my computer for most hours of the day, as i stay in doors a lot due to anxiety....ive stayed in doors mostly as a shut in for 16 years in front of a computer monitor now because of high anxiety levels, could that be the reason?
i have turned brightness levels down on the monitor, but my eyes continue to ache and hurt...i have been to the opticians to get my eyes checked....so what else can i do?
