@Nanori I have a milk mon-fri every morning before work. Then I have one at my last break :)

@Nanori Oh, I wasn't aware. Generally I drink one in the morning and consider that breakfast lol. However, I did try warming milk up, to help fall asleep... didn't work 🤷‍♂️
