@Northwest Mmmm I love spinach, with lots of butter. That's Popeye canned spinach, but it tastes fine to me.

@twiigss I am talking about fresh Spinach. I only add a little olive oil, and a squeeze of lemon and sauté long enough to sear the leaves.

@Northwest Yeah, I've talked to a couple people I work with and they said they've only ever had fresh spinach. I'm sure it's a better taste than canned spinach. But spinach is delish!

@twiigss I've had Spinach Soufflé. When I was in high school, I worked at this restaurant that served only Prime Rib, and the side dishes were creamed corn, and Spinach Soufflé. I don 't eat meat, so I ended up with only Spinach Soufflé and creamed corn. Decades later, I still can't stand looking at it.
