@KingofPizza: Well, it was the gentlemen who drove this in my neighborhood. After working hard all day they didn't care to hear constant barking all evening. If you have a homeowners association FB maybe bring it up tomorrow, just after people are worn out from listening to barking and doorbells. I recommend using "safety for the kids" as the driving force, not inconvenience. You get my drift, I'm sure.
