I An Unfit And Unhealthy
Stairs are getting harder and harder and I love it. Every time I get too tired from walking I’m reminded of how bad I’ve made my fitness and my health, which makes me want to stuff myself more and more and more. I’ve recently increased my fast food intake as well as increased my snacking on sweets and chocolate to ruin my health even further. It feels so good to order takeout for every meal and shoving ice cream into my face at every available moment. I’m so excited to see how unhealthy I’m going to be and how desperately unfit and unable I will be to stop myself from being fit and healthy ever again
