I Got a Job

FINALLY! I've been searching since late September, with a break when I went to my graduation. I was feeling down, and then I took such a huge job at spending a lot of money on selling gourmet coffee, which I haven't sold yet. In my last story I wrote about how stupid I felt because of it, but the meetings and the things I learnt from those in the gourmet coffee business actually gave me the tools to land this other job! If I hadn't taken the chance, I wouldn't have talked with our team leader, Mike, who wouldn't have given me information on marketing. I would've been at a loss during all 3 of my interviews I had this week!

Well, I don't feel stupid any more! I feel like I listened to my intuition AND my logic, and both led me to finally get a job! I AM SO EXCITED. WEEEEEEEE. (Okay, maybe I indulged in some of that gourmet coffee, myself ;D)

But now I get to sponsor my fiance to come live with me in my country. WE'RE GOING TO BE TOGETHER SOONER THAN I FEARED. Ah, sometimes life grants you a break in the sea of turmoil, and I'm not going to take a single moment of it for granted.
