I have abused these and more...I really like the feeling I get with painkillers. But, I tend to get hooked on them really quickly...I find myself taking doses more frequently, and when they're gone, the crash is horrid!!! I need to stay far, far away from all painkillers....for my own good.

That is a very difficult situation. I have come across many people who have difficulty with this. I believe your resolve to stay away from them is a good one. In the end they truly do more harm to a life than good. It is good that you know what is best for you:)
