I My Stomach Hurts So Bad

It all started about 2-3 weeks ago. Let's start from the beginning, one night I woke up in the middle of the night around 3 am feeling very nauseous and I had a pail near my bed for the next couple of days and then all of a sudden it went away. Then 2 days later I started having gas and pooing very often to the point where I wasn't getting much sleep. That is still going on now, then about a week ago I started having horrible :( pains in my stomach you could touch my stomach and it hurt. Now today I found that on the left side of my stomach there was a shooting stabbing pain like someone took a fiery knife and kept jabbing me. Ive tried liquids and going to the bathroom but none of tht helped xc im in alot of pain rn
