I Hate Gossiping and Back Biting

It's easy to get wrapped up in the gossip, sometimes I listen

Yup me too, I choose not to participate in any gossip, not even to 'belong'...Weird that in most companies gossiping seems to be a 'must'/'normal' if you want to belong but...I just do my job, I'm not there to belong, have my real friends for that and feel blessed with them, so who needs gossip then ;-)

I know but we can strive to not gossiping and do our very best right, listening is still something else than participating

I always start the rumour that there is a layoff coming ha ha ha☺️

Everyone has a name for it

I can't stop it at my work
