That sounds like a mental problem and not a physical one.
People are attracted to confidence, sexiness, happiness, and a person that likes who they are at any age. I see my body creaking and cracking too but I refuse to die before Im dead.
As long as I live I will do it fully and I look good and feel good. You should feel that way too.
