I Had a Mean Teacher

By mean he was very brutal and he got arrested For it. How you ask? It happened one dinner where it was nice and sunny. Sat out on the bench and was eating a sandwich for lunch and it seem there was a rule in school where you had to eat inside and I wasn’t aware of the rule because I had only started a week ago and this red face bald man came to me shouting at me as I had a sandwich in my gob I couldn’t speak and he belted me across the side of my face where I spat out sandwich out and you know when you hear a bell resonancing a little. Well my senses were ringing and you have to know as a child being hit by a adult is painful. I ended up on the floor off the bench. I dare not move for fear had frozen me. I could stil hear the teacher yelling but it came off as a droning sound and the next moment everything in my vision went black. I woke up in a hospital with unfamiliar faces for I have never seen asking me questions and it was the first time I saw a police officer asking me what happened. I stayed in the hospital for a few days and for that teacher for what I could gather at the time and the story my dad tells me. He was arrested for assault and did jail time for it and my mother actually sued the school. I actually got a few thousands for it and I didn’t get it till I was 18 which by then I actually forgot which built interest over the years
