Weight loss update
I'm officially down 47 pounds now and I have so much confidence now. It's crazy what a life change can do for you. My life has down a complete 360 from what it was in Ohio. I'm eating healthier. I haven't ate out since the 4th I've been cooking all of my meals and been measuring out my food. I'm walking a mile a day in the morning. I'm actually sleeping at night and not during the day (minus naps). I'm drinking mostly water. I bought a case of pop on my second day which was a 15 pack and there is still 5 cans in the fridge.
