I Am On A Weight Loss Journey

Not a good month but I’m sharing this to keep myself accountable! Still down 16 pounds though so I didn’t gain everything back so it’s still a win! Next month will be better!

If you stick at it you will be satisfied with your results. I think the key is to embrace the new healthy lifestyle and accept the fact that it is long term. That kind of takes away the dissatisfaction with always jumping on the scales, because you know if you eat healthy and exercise long term then the weight will look after itself - no scales needed.
