I Am A Hard Person To Get Close Too

I'm not much of a people person, but I guess it's because I've always been used & thrown away. Also having Selective Mutism doesn't help, but no one even listens to me when I do speak so why try. Trust is something that takes time to build & if you're not going to make an effort why should I?

No one listens to me either.. I find it better just not to talk sometimes

I didn't know selective mutism was an actual word. I've done that before. People don't listen to me either, or they talk over me. So I also don't see the point of chiming into conversations.
