I Have a Broken Heart

My heart has been broken in many ways. I have lost a lot of people to cancer, and have had people decide to leave my life. I don’t know how much more I can take of all of this heartache. Is it possible to die of a broken heart due to so much loss? If so, I’m not sure how strong I am.
