I Can't Stop Overthinking

I just keep thinking that everyone hates me even if I did nothing wrong just like my very existence is a hindrance to everyone. idk why I feel this way....

I would assume it's your self image. It could be influenced by experiences your having. I suggest reading psychocybernetics by Maxwell malts.
