I Will Always Stand By My Friends

Of course!

Some of my friends have had hard times or just difficult points in their lives and, I've always felt that if you can help a friend, in any way, then you should!

Pretty simple really.....and if you have got some good friends then you need to show that you care about them, and nothing screams friendship than being there for them in trying times....

My bestie? I babysit for her when she wants to go out with her partner, if I can....and I've been known to go out clubbing with friends, when I've not wanted to and they've needed to vent in that way....

That's right and proper, right?

One of the "kids" I met overseas was taking care of her family(mom and sisters) because her dad was dying from rhumatoid arthritis. He was totally emaciated and twisted. It was quite sad because he had been a body guard and before he got sick she had had pretty much a normal life. She even had went to a catholic school. The only option she had was to be a prostitute. There are no safety nets for folks over there. I was with her on the phone the night he died and I covered the funeral expenses. It wasn't much. She is a cook now and has her own restaurant.
