I Feel I Am Annoying

I've been feeling left out a lot because I heard my friends talking to me behind my back saying I'm so effing annoying and I always butt into peoples conversations and I'm too nice that they think I'm trying to get something outta people. Even at work I'm excluded and kids dont really like me. It hurts but I don't show it.

I often feel that way too and am terribly self conscious so I tend to spend a lot of time alone with my thoughts so your not alone
