I Think That Life Is Unfair

I'm sorry you're going through such a hard time. You're obviously in a lot of pain and anguish. Please come back here and keep talking. :)

You are half right. Life is unfair and you can not change that. But you are only helpless if you are unwilling to work to get the things you need.

There is always hope, and there is always help if you persist in looking and asking for it.

Helplessness is not your home. You are better than that! Please be strong! I believe you'll be ok :)

Again a wide field for philosophical approaches.
Life is not "really unfair", it is just chaotic, random and unpredictable. So, it may that all our plans are shattered within a blinking of the eye. Or what looks like a life-time problem just dissolves without any personal effort or action. And yes: It just happens and whatever your effort is, it is just futile.
But believe me, you are not alone with feeling helpless.
