I Think Children Need Love And Don't Deserve To Be Hurt
When he's 4 he will try to climb up on your lap and want you to play.
But you'll be too busy playing on your Xbox
When he's 6 he will throw his new football you got him for a present
But you'll be too involved in the game on TV to even notice.
When he's 10 he'll come up asking for help with his homework.
But you'll be too busy with your new girlfriend.
When he's 16 you'll want to come over to toss some ball around but he is going to be hanging out with friends.
When he's 20 you're going to want to spend time fishing with with him but he'll be at the movies with his girlfriend.
When you're 60...alone and needing to talk to someone....you'll call him up...and he'll leave his wife and kids for a few hours to spend time with you.
And only then will you realize how important it is to spend time with your children.
