I Don't Drink Soda

My Boyfriend forbids me to drink soda. i think i used to be addicted to Mtn. Dew because i still crave it sometimes, even after 5 months without it. But the stuff is poison; it rots the teeth and causes weight gain, diabetes, and sugar cravings. And so i am better off without it.

If it causes weight gain, diabetes, sugar cravings and tooth rot, and you believe you are better off without it, why do you need someone to "forbid" it?

I agree. I don't drink regular soft drinks but I do occasionally drink Diet Mtn. Dew. It is the only one I can't seem to give up completely. I try not to drink more than one to two cans a week, because it is true that it makes you crave sweets. I am thin, but I still don't want to be tempted to eat junk all of the time.

@sighmeupforthat I will do anything He tells me to do without question. I trust Him implicitly because i know He loves me and only wants what's best for me.

I don't drink it either, for all of those reasons. But since I'm an adult, no one has to "forbid" me to do it. 🙁
