Are you still feeling this way?
@PhoenixPhail Its not nearly as oftwn but that probably because since 2016 i have isolated myself so i dont have to deal with the anxiety people cause me.
@TURTLEGOD Have you found people to spend time with who don't cause anxiety?
@PhoenixPhail No, not yet. Im still just trying to make at least one friend.
@TURTLEGOD I would enjoy talking with you anytime.
Have you made friends with yourself?
@PhoenixPhail I feel like youd get tired of me eventually.
But i probably havent made a true friendship with myself. Im just learning to accept myself.
@TURTLEGOD That you're just learning to accept yourself is a great realization. Most people cover up who they truly are with a lot of ego-identity. You're doing great.

I don't think I would get tired of you. There are always things to talk about. If I think we're going around in circles, we can talk about that. No judgements, no criticisms.
@PhoenixPhail Well, thanks for saying that. Im hoping that truly accepting myself will get rid of my anxiety.

If thats the case then id be open to talking too.
@TURTLEGOD The practice of accepting oneself may be better accomplished through connection to other people. Please be in touch whenever you like. BTW, I've been in a very similar place as you, so I think I understand.
@PhoenixPhail The problem is that i cant seem to connect with any body.

Im happy you were able to make it through to the other side.
@TURTLEGOD What kinds of things do you say that make it hard to connect (or maybe not say)?

I don't always make it through to the other side. Some days ar better than others.
@PhoenixPhail Thats what i have been trying to figure out but being myself its hard to find out why i havent made friends or what others may not like about me.

Thata the same for me. Some days ars better than others.
@TURTLEGOD Are you being true to yourself in the things you say and do, or are you saying and doing things you think other people would like to see and hear?
@PhoenixPhail i think that most of the time i end up supressing my true feelongs. So i end saying nothing or beong to scared to talk. But i guess not saying anything is also a form of not being true to myself
@TURTLEGOD Your statements are honest. You're being true to yourself in expressing those to me, and to yourself. Your not saying anything could be a form of not being true to yourself, but your recognizing you do that, and sharing that thought, is absolutely being true to yourself.

You're welcome to PM me, if you like. I would enjoy talking with you there - getting to know you better.
