Go to the motorola website and check out their phones. they have some that are available from them only, and not through the mobile companies. but they work with all the carriers. i saw a good one for around 299.

I would recommend Huawei. My Honor 8 has specs that compete with the mainstream flagship phones at half the cost

You can find a lot of good phones on either Ebay or Amazon. There are several older models for around 200 dollars or above.

Check out some of the older Moto line. Sub $200 is hard to hit. Also look at Blu and huawei
