I am sad and want to express the misunderstanding and judgement with social media and communication.

I just feel like I'm never good enough because there is always someone else. I know that I put out nice looking photos, and I appreciate the comments... but I am different in real life. I feel like I was never given a chance to properly introduce myself, because I'm already judged on the spot. I look a little to alot different from good camera angles, makeup, filters and lighting. Just saying that I have my ugly days as well. But I feel like I'm going without a say for what makes Becca sad? Mad? Glad? Etc. I don't want to be JUST a pretty face because there is more to me.

I just want some level of give-and-take understanding. Something real. Do people not like eye contact because it's too intimate? Or meeting in real life anymore? Do people just want to text ONLY? Don't you guys want to hear, observe and understand body language and listen to tones of voices rather than making a bold assumption of emotions over text and emojis?

I just feel like no matter how much I explain myself and my preferances of communication. I go back to the same exact spot. Over and over again. Wondering if I'm WORTH that videocall, phonecall or just meeting in person. I just crave for a deeper meaningful and realistic interaction of understanding one another.. our raw selves. Not the selves that we wish to portray.
