I Don't Understand Social Media

I don´t understand the obsession some people have with social media.

Here´s an example of a person who never seems to be able to put down her phone and acts nicer to people online than to her own hungry child. It´s cringeworthy. See for yourself.

Unfortunately she was murdered by her husband so the point is mute now although I don't think people should be online when caring for kids. I am never online while taking care of kids. They come first!

@SW-User Yes her husband was having affairs, told her he wanted a divorce but he killed her and their two little girls. Just happened a couple of weeks ago. It was in the news.

@SW-User It´s Moot , not mute , and no it isn´t. The investigation about what happened to the kids is still ongoing.

It´s great that you keep your children as a priority.

@SW-User He only admitted to killing his wife, not the children. There´s much more about this family that we don´t know, yet. Maybe more information will be disclosed during the trial.

@SW-User @Underconstruction Yeah I just searched it up, he says his wife was strangling their daughter, but still, he murdered his pregnant wife and apparently the kids too, I just watched his interview and he was straight up lying, horrible to think about how unlucky those kids were :(

@SW-User Terrible. I have watched several of her videos and she was always hyper and frustrated because her kids ( they were 3 and 4 )were not "cooperating" with her endless vlogs talking about herself and what a good mother she was because she used the uppers she promoted online . There was something definitely wrong with her, her husband apparently was having an affair and they were on the brink of bankruptcy ....again, so who knows what really happens, I think he snapped and as for the deaths of the two beautiful babies nobody knows for sure at this point but after watching her videos one can only wonder if she did it. All in all a horrible, sad case of domestic violence.

@Underconstruction Yeah and social media only breeds more freaks like them, the other day I saw a child in the garden eating sand and her mother stopped her only to get back to Skyping someone wtf, I hope he gets a death sentence

@SW-User IKR, I heard they are called "internet mothers" and like the woman in this video they live to portray a perfect life that is far from the reality they live in. Very troubling, indeed.
