I Have Lost Weight

I lost 7lbs in the last 2 weeks and several percent body fat. Nearly everyone I speak to on the subject tells me I am being ridiculous and that at my current weight I am fine. I would like to loose another 25lbs and about 8% body fat. I think it will likely loose the weight just fine but I will likely need to put on some muscle if I am going to reach that % goal.

Probably. You might want to consult a personal trainer, who would have good advice on what kind of diet to eat, (high protein, low carbs and fat most likely [my brother is studying to be a personal trainer]), and the best kind of workouts to achieve those results.
Okay ... Best question.... How did you achieve the weight loss?
