I Have Lost Weight

I have lost 38 pounds and I have like 40 more that I would like to lose before July and August time fr<x>ame. I just need to lose mostly in my thighs, breasts and in my arms. Wouldn't hurt to thin out and tighten up my stomach a bit more. It just seems most of my weight goes to my thighs and my butt, which needs the most work. So I'm going to keep exercising and eating healthy to reach my goal and enjoy the results. Its been so long.

seems we have a similar aim, toot. I'm looking to get down to 200 from 231 by early june. I don't like the extra weight and it seems to be even more burdensome the older I get. mine goes right to the abs! ideally, 185-195 is what I'd like to see, but I don't mind carrying 200. let's see how well we stick to our goals...as a truck driver, I've big strikes against me. nevertheless, I know i'll feel better at 200 or below. may you accomplish your goal!
