I Have Lost Weight

A lot of the issues that I have are weight related. I used to weigh 400 lbs. (28.5 st, for those of you in the UK).

If you look at my picture in my profile, you can see I don't weigh that anymore. Now I weigh 165 (11.7 st).

Got it done with diet and exercise. People always ask me if my life is better. I can't say yet if my life is better, but I can say it's different.

I'd like to believe that I can still change my life for the better. I have to keep believing that.

Oh good - I know when I have lost weight all I wanted & needed were compliments. I get it & am happy to oblige.
