What can one do with just vegetables on a Sunday? [I Am a Vegetarian]

A. Quite a lot!

Ingredients:

Broccoli
Potatoes
Capsicum (peppers)
Onions
Masala/ seasonings
Salt
Cheese
Sweetcorn
Chillies (optional)

Method:

Cut broccoli, potatoes and capsicum and let boil for 7-10 mins. In the mean time grate cheese, finely cut two onions and mix in bowl. Add masala or any seasoning of your choice.

Take out the boiled vegetables and spread it on a tray. Add the cheese mixture on top by eveningly spreading it across the vegetables. Allow to cook for a further 10 mins in tray. Add coriander if preferred.

Allow to cool before serving.
