I Think The Brain Is Amazing

It is actually a muscle, you need to work out not to lose it, by reading for example. Also researches on meditation showed that meditation increases the white mass of the brain too. Playing brain applications like neuronation in the mornings (I always do), all has great impact on working memory..etc.
