I Hate Getting the Silent Treatment

Trying to keep my head up while on the receiving end of the silent treatment today. It's just a tame form of psychological torture, that's what it is.

It seems like when she does feel like speaking to me these last few days, it's when she's yelling.

If people know they can mistreat you and you keep coming back for more, there's no incentive for them to look at their own behaviour and change.
