I'm Sick Of The Lies

For me I had to look at my past and what I was taught and how my parents and step parents manipulated me. It was not easy looking at me but I now do NOT blame myself or anyone else for behaviors that were caused by generations past. Our children learned these behaviors from us and we learned them from our parents and they learned it from their parents and so on. Who will stop the madness? It starts with me. :) Changing our behaviors starts with changing our thinking. The lies that you are anything but perfect beings is where it starts. Stop believing the lies. :)
