No doubt that viruses come from all over - look at the USA - with all the refugees from all over the world congregating and maintaining their filthy habits that they had in their homeland...No wonder the USA is plagued with all of these diseases.... BTW - TB was almost eradicated in the US till the mid 70s when Asian refugees came pouring into the nation..
@ZeuroUa Dua - my point is that America is not a place of origination of peoples - it is a destination. And the 2 diseases that are original to the USA are listed below. BUT the rest are re emerging ( that means coming back ) are plenty which have their origins elsewhere. I can use pictures to describe it to you if you want - I cant simplify it any more.
