I have a master in social work,

@Misamisa can you explain this crisis?
Misamisa · 36-40, F
Basically I have my life super planed out since I was 14. I'm now 31 and have accomplished Everything pretty close to my ideal. But I have changed...I think. I'm not sure I want the same things anymore...it's very confusing.
Have you been confused about what you want?

@Misamisa very often, yet why not change, make new plans? Have you narrowed it down to and either or? Or is it a jumbled pile of possibilities and the trouble right now is sorting them?

Yes, there are several possibilities and all include stepping out of my comfort zone. And I'm kind of emotionally exhausted and lack motivation to take a step in either direction.

@Misamisa I understand that, yet in a area of complacency your will can atrophy, it's possible that stepping out and getting your blood pumping, adrenaline in your veins....maybe your comfort zone has become like a cage, and attempting emancipation has become too much of a chore.
And you yourself admit that after 17 years you think about changing and to an extent you want to....so time isn't too big a factor, this is YOUR life, there's no reason you can't wait. Take a break, get some room to breathe...then once you get some motivation you can continue on whatever path you choose.
