I have dilemma about my job

Currently I had dilemma stay in my current company or move.

I worked in big corporation and well known. Its offered good facility and compensation. Some people said its one of their dream company. Its also have a high rank in forbes and globally.


If I talked about money and compensation, I will said company paid me very well. But The weakness is culture and environment not really good. People are unfriendly, Individual, competition, strick to the rule etc..

Then a few weeks ago I have interview with start up company. I began to googling about company its still unfamiliar its already established 13 years ago. I read some of review from glassador People said company have good environment but low salary and facility..I assumed because its still new established then the procedures still defined.

I am afraid to decide resign in my current company because I felt unsure with new company. I have been though about it lately. I love all the facility, compensation, position I have right now. But sometime I feel sad about the environment..

I also unsure new company will be better than my current company.. I am just afraid loss all I had to figure out new path..
