I Work Full Time

I seriously have to wonder if some people on this site have a life outside the internet. I work full time and my job is physically demanding. When I come home, I am TIRED. I love my job and all and I do enjoy things outside of work, but it's like some people just don't understand what 35-40 hours or more a week really means.

I work full time, have my own place. My work isn't physically demanding but it is mentally. Love having time to myself to trawl the Internet and since I don't have a very active social life anymore, kind of entertains me.
Online convo via a website like this is time consuming cause people are also reading stories and maybe having multiple convos. So dont get annoyed if it takes longet

I hear ya. I work a minimum of 40 hrs. per week and have a long commute on top of it. My job isn't physically demanding, but it does require some mental effort and I'm often pretty drained by the time I get home. I get the distinct impression that you and I are very much in the minority here.
I can understand like a few hours or the net as entertainment , but then there's those people who are like "OMFG, why are your responses so slow" and other stuff like that. I'm just like damn.
I'm not slow with replying but I do give warnings and time differences are a real thing. I mean don't expect me to keep up with a full blown convo at 2 a.m. my time and I just got home from work.
A messenger feature like facebook would be nice. You know like how you can browse facebook and still chat. That would be great.
I used to work 60-70 hours a week and still spent a few hours a night online. It was my time to be social and unwind.

That is true bittybear. And when you work odd hours. People don't get it ether

@Adifferentdollie. That is so true . Sounds like me as well.
I can honestly say that I got annoyed when I would talk to someone that always took 10 to 15 minutes to reply. If I'm going to devote my precious free time to talking to someone I expect a little consideration.
That's understandable. You'd think most people could figure that out... But yeah, people never cease to amaze me.
I know. Time online is secondary to to in the real world
