I Feel Strange

I keep feeling nervous for no reason and feel slower and slugish I don't know why and feel a lot of aniexty but even at home now.

There are so many people in close proximity nowadays. I sometimes feel like I have no privacy. Although it didn't [i]used[/i] to bother me.
