I Believe In Signs

We met four years ago never really getting a chance to know each other until last year during the reduction at work. We'd talk almost everyday & in that short time we figured out what we meant to each other, but life...the universe...whatever had & is still trying to distance us. We live so close to each other yet never seem to cross paths & when we try to reach out to meet up something always happens more so on his end...I want to fight for us, but my past keeps trying to break down the door I had sealed shut & cross the bridge I had burned (no, I'm not talking about an ex because I never had one). I don't know what to do.
