How do doctors even get any sleep?

I heard doctors would work 12, even 16 even hours!!! I mean how do they do that?! Do they ever enjoy free time?
They must get paid HELLA much and they should because every day they’re working with patients and dealing with all kinds of stuff? Wow I’m complaining about an 8-9 hour day job smh! Lol

Well think of it this way, doctors are doing a lot of work to keep their patients healthy and they have to deal with surgery, someone dying and disturbing things. They have to deal with all that a lot as it is and you shouldn’t be comparing yourself like that. You don’t even know how the job is like until you do it yourself. I mean think about it they get called in sometimes just to help a patient that has a life-threatening emergency. Also they probably working and they’re still working during Covid, so they should really not be criticized and we should be thanking them because they’re working their asses off every day.
