I Dream Dreams That Are Questionable

I have been having dreams that I can't breathe. The thing is I am unsure if it's a dream or if I am actually having breathing issues while I am sleeping. So confused....

@jjoe01 I'm not 100% sure about that because I have had a lot of health issues this year including breathing issues , but I am hoping it's just a dream. It's feels very real though.

@jjoe01 I think I am going to try to see if I can arrange a sleep study or something. Should have done it a long time ago. It probably is just a dream though as I also have sleep paralysis from time to time, but I have major anxiety now so I am over thinking it. My sister's boyfriend recently did a sleep study... guess I better do the same.
