Pfizer CEO sold $5.6 million worth of company stock the day of the vaccine announcement

30% of his stake. Sure hope the vaccine works for that kind of payday.

Edit to add: I believe the stock was up about 15% that day.

Those that have got the vaccine during trials stated that they felt "hungover" afterwards. That must be some kind of poison in there.
