I Love My Job

I love my job but whenever my boss have staff get togethers I don’t attend because I’m not comfortable with some people.This is my second year at the job and I think that some staff members are starting to notice my absence at every staff celebration gatherings. I’m a introvert so that says it all.

tell them you dont go to those stupid events as they are just to stroke the ego of the boss and anyone that goes to them is a brown noser or worse a diciple of mr. T.

Well I was able to attend one social gathering for a few minutes before it ended in a couple minutes. Does that count? Lol@thePearl

You do have a point though; I find staff management can be way more difficult than dealing with patients.
