I Am Addicted to Carbohydrates
It's been almost a month that I've reduced my carbs intake and I feel really good. I can tell I've shed a few inches of bloat and my stomach doesn't hurt. My skin has gotten clearer and my agitation is less.
I drink more water, eat more veggies and fruit. I'm also eating more meat. Portion sizes have become easier to manage
