I Don't Feel Well

I'm hungry and I'm tired all the time. I don't feel as weak as I had before but I'm not getting back to feeling as great as I had. It doesn't matter how much (or what) I eat or how much I sleep; I feel like hell. I'm sick of it. The doctors I saw don't help. I'm supposed to see three other specialists about different issues this could be related to. I'm sick of doctors. I can't stand them and the last one hurt me. I want nothing to do with any of them right now.
I'm frustrated. I want to not drag around and struggle to stay awake. I feel like I can't function properly. I want to scream. It just pisses me off.

Sorry to ask the nasty question but how's your poo?
I'm allergic to wheat, and my husband is allergic to dairy. I might have Celiac, but I can't go through the testing because you have to keep eating gluten (wheat protein), but I have anaphylaxis.

Celiac sufferers, and people with undiagnosed food allergies as well, are often hungry no matter how much they eat, because their gut is damaged, and they are not absorbing the nutrients from the foods they are consuming. As a result, some are above or below goal weight. They may be below weight because they aren't absorbing, and they may be above because they aren't absorbing and they are over-compensating by eating lots of carbs and fat. Celiac and food allergies can have an effect on your ability to stay awake, feel energized, focus (brain fog), and while not everyone has obvious physical symptoms like anaphylaxis, many have on-and-off bouts of diarrhea. You can get tested, or you can try an elimination diet where you remove the 8 major food allergens for at least 2 weeks to see initial results, then slowly add back one at a time to see if symptoms are worse with each. If it is Celiac, or long term allergy, it may be as much as 6 months to a year without the food in your diet before you start to feel significantly better.
