I Like Pigeons

Ever since we started living in this house we have noticed that pigeons have been giving birth in the outer window self or balcony.. They keep producing babies!
Last month a pigeon gave birth to a couple of babies and they started moving on Thursday , but one of the baby died on friday and other one is now alone.. :( It's mother don't visit the alone baby and we feel sorry for it! I don't know what to feed it because its young and afraid of us!
If its too cold at night, then you can layer some cotton in a shoebox and keep that baby in it...try giving it some soaked biscuits in a syringe...

@Vivaci: Actually it's a summer and day gets hot, But the baby get's protected from the sunlight because the shoe rack and husks protect it inside the balcony and about feeding it, i am not sure because it is scared and keep pushing itself so whatever i have i keep it just in front of the shoe rack! and i hope it's mommy could help it better :)
@Breadroll: wear gloves when you touch it...and gently touch its beak with the syringe tip...it will hopefully swallow. I pray it survives!!!! 🙏

@Vivaci: Thanks for nice advice :) but don't you think that if i touch it the baby's mother won't accept it? My mother says that if we touch babies the mother will leave it forever! Once in my childhood i touched a pigeons egg, and the mother saw it so she never returned!

How are the other baby pigeons doing?

@Scribbles: I know! I thought the same, my mum said that it's mum visited because we keep water and seeds for it! and so the pigeons mum can also eat it! The baby feels safe into our last shelf of shoe rack which is filled with husk which the pigeons bought to make a home for babies. Do pigeons drink milk? i was never sure about it. But i can try every possible options until it can learn to fly and enjoys its freedom :D

@Breadroll: actually I'm not sure about the milk thing entirely. My knowledge about pigeons is a good 16 or so years old, and I was only half listening about it...because I didn't actually care about pidgeons...but wanted to look interested at the time due to the presence of a very cute boy...so... Lol

@ajoite: I guess it was on thursday it self! the babies were alright in the day and free to walk in the balcony, but when i woke up in the morning next day, i found one of them was dead! now the one is left alone :(
