Could be a dozen reasons I can think of, not all of them bad.

Everything from he's afraid of sounding pervy or clingy. To he's scared of getting too attached. It could also be that his real life gets in the way.

@PrivateHell yeaaa it’s been a little while now and we are yet to even meet properly 😭 just don’t wanna keep pressuring him for next hang out, but he does seem so keen

@SW-User when I'm talking to someone I really like on here, I'm always scared of driving them away by saying the wrong thing or going too far. I generally behave a lot like how you describe him. Just saying.
