You're just promoting your fetish
@QueenOfQuirk: that's probably true! 😉

@JoanieNewHampshire: School uniforms are fetish wear nowadays. By imposing school uniforms, schools turn children into sex objects.
@Sharon: 🤔So we blame the rape victim because of what she is wearing? Honestly many man and some women will turn anything into a sex object. Even if we were to catch a person red handed violating a minor in a uniform, that would become a story that gets fetishized. I blame all of us, in that we perpetuate the "Boys will Be boys" attitude. Some how we think that doing that makes them real men able to compete in the real world. A very chauvinistic platform which does nothing but perpetuate bad behaviors. I'm not sure of the alternative, because we always seem to over correct in every shape and form for what we once thought was correct. But I do know in a free and open society. There still needs to be the inference that some behavior is wrong. And we need to focus on those things instead of worrying about things that don't matter. Like a persons sexuality, gender, political affiliation, race, religion or national origin. Deal with what will actually make this world better. And right now that is aggressive sexual male behavior. Oh, now I've probably got someone fantasizing! 😜

@JoanieNewHampshire: Certain clothing is used in sex games - e.g. "naughty nurse", "naughty maid" and "school girl" ("schoolboy" too in some cases). The "nurse" and "maid" fetish wear differs considerably from what real nurses and maids wear but school uniforms do not.

Why do schools impose uniforms? Other countries seem to manage without. Parents are ripped off being forced to buy overpriced and often shoddily made uniforms. Children from less affluent families are bullied by being put in isolation or excluded from school.
@Sharon: all true! Humanity can suck. But It can also not suck. Chaos and order tend to get in the way of each other. I like order when it's necessary, and I like chaos when I want spontinatey it's my balance. I also don't do well with absolutes. Again, handle the matters at hand. I'm not worried about a school requiring a dress code or uniform. But I am worried about the growing sloth and disrespect in this world. The importance placed on free personal expression can have an extreme that isn't appropriate for public display. I can't tell anyone where that line is, but I know it when I see it.
The sexualization, the classification, the demeaning and greediness in this world are part of this world. No one way will ever end that but, maybe a proliferation of a universal understanding that teaching love respect and kindness helps some get through it a little less unscathed.
